Introducing RidingDesk Office
Election day is a beginning.
Keep serving your community.
Give your office one place to record resident requests, coordinate follow-ups and keep a clear history of every response throughout the term.
Free preview: 25 requests · 2 team members · no card. Office plan: $29 a month (CAD), billed to the office.
The demo opens a fictional councillor's ward office, with no signup. It's shared: anyone can see what you add, it resets every 6 hours, and new content is moderated.

Illustrative request workflow
A resident asks for help
A public form records the request and queues a receipt.
Your team follows up
Assign an owner, set a due date and track the municipal ticket.
Keep the conversation together
Add internal notes and review email replies before sending.
Record the outcome
Resolve the request with a clear result and retain its history.
A dedicated office record
Residents and correspondence live in the office workspace. Campaign contact lists and volunteer access stay separate.
Follow-ups that stay visible
See overdue requests and work waiting on other departments. Opt into daily team reminders.
A shared service desk
Invite verified staff, assign cases and export records for an authorized handover.
The Office plan: $29 a month, billed to the office.
The Office plan holds 10,000 requests, seats 10 staff and sends up to 250 emails a day. It is billed to the office on its own card, separate from any campaign plan, so a council office can pay for it from its own budget. New offices get a 14-day free trial; a card is needed to start it. Without the Office plan, an office uses the limits of the campaign account it belongs to: the free preview holds 25 requests with 2 members, Starter 250 and 3, Pro 1,000 and 5, and Campaign HQ 10,000 and 15. These are total stored requests, not a monthly allowance.
The RidingDesk Office guide
Step-by-step instructions for every part of Office, from logging a request to handing over records at the end of a term.
What is automated?
Form intake, receipt emails, delivery tracking and optional daily reminders. Staff review and send substantive replies. Email forwarding requires a private mailbox integration; until connected, staff can record emails manually. Attachments are not imported.
Your office controls when its form opens and supplies its own collection, use and retention notice. Resident requests do not become campaign marketing contacts.
