One account, two workspaces. Campaign is for winning your election. Office is for serving residents once you are elected. This list matches what is in the product today.
Switch between your campaign and your constituency office in one click: from the top of the campaign sidebar, or from the Office header. Office records stay in the office and are never copied into campaign contact lists.
The campaign dashboard, RidingDesk Office, your public website pages and this site work in English and French. The Office public request form opens in the resident’s language.
For candidates, campaign teams and riding associations: voters, doors, phones, outreach, money and election day.
Search and filter voters by support level, poll, turf, tags and more, with notes and the contact history for every person.
A guided import that maps your columns, applies tags and records your consent attestation for the list.
Save any filtered voter list, or build a segment of voters, volunteers or donors (AND / OR / NOT) that stays up to date and can be used as message recipients.
Add your own tags and fields to voters, volunteers and donors.
Voters at the same address are grouped into households automatically. Keep organizations alongside people.
Spot records that are probably the same person and merge them.
Campaign managers can export voters, donations, volunteers and canvassing results as CSV.
When the campaign ends, a manager can permanently delete the voter list from Settings after typing a confirmation. It cannot be undone.
Draw turfs on the map or by street range and assign them to volunteers.
Walk lists built from a turf, on screen or printed.
Volunteers record each door on their phone. Results are kept on the device without a signal and sync when it comes back.
See your voters on a map and your support poll by poll.
Build surveys, collect answers through a public survey you can embed on any site, and review the results.
Track every sign from request to install to pickup on a map. Each sign gets a QR code that leads to a page that signs up new supporters.
Move volunteers, donors and supporters through stages you define, such as new, trained and active, and see who is stuck.
Collect and track the signatures you need on your nomination papers.
Each caller gets the next voter with a phone number, never-contacted voters first. A voter is held for one caller for 10 minutes, so two people never call the same person.
Record the outcome and support level in one click; it goes straight into the voter's history. A summary shows how the shift went. Calls are made from your own phone.
A donor call list for the candidate, with outcomes recorded as you go.
Write an email, choose recipients by filter or segment, send yourself a test, A/B test it and send. First and large sends are reviewed before they go out.
Send as the candidate, the campaign or a press office, each with its own name, verified address and signature.
Email sequences that start on their own when someone signs up, gives for the first time, gets a tag or RSVPs, or when you add them.
Volunteers claim a batch of contacts and send personal texts from their own phones, with a suggested message and progress tracking.
Supporters text a keyword such as JOIN or STOP to sign up, get tagged or opt out, with an automatic reply. Incoming texts land in an inbox. Needs a texting number connected to your campaign.

Put a donate button, lawn-sign request form, survey or postal-code riding lookup on any website.

Ask about your campaign in plain language and have the agent prepare work for you, such as a list or a draft email. For Campaign Managers: 500 messages a month on Pro, 5,000 on Campaign HQ. It cannot delete anything.
Pro and Campaign HQPress "?" anywhere in the dashboard for step-by-step answers on how to use RidingDesk. It explains features and does not see your data.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app at https://ridingdesk.ca/mcp. Sign in, choose exactly what the app may read or change, and revoke it any time under Connected apps. A compact tool list keeps it fast. Campaign Managers only.
A documented API for your campaign data, on every plan: 60 requests a minute on Community and Starter, 300 on Pro and 1,200 on Campaign HQ. Nothing can be sent or published through it; outreach is saved as drafts.

For elected officials and their staff: one place for resident requests, from the first message to the outcome.
Every request gets a reference number, category, priority, status, owner and due date. Filter by open, overdue, waiting or closed, and search.
Record a request from a phone call, walk-in, letter, social media message, email or web form in one quick form. Each request shows how it arrived, and you can filter by channel. RidingDesk spots residents who are already on file by name, email or phone.
Mark a request as waiting on another department, record the city's ticket number, and record an outcome before it can be closed.
Select several requests to assign them, change their status or priority, or set a follow-up date in one step. Each change is recorded on every request.
Your own list of request categories, each with a default due date, assignee and department, plus a directory of city departments with contacts and typical response times.
Refer a request to a department with its ticket number and an expected response date. The request shows how many days it has waited, and turns red when the department is late.
Set a follow-up date on any request. Each person sees their overdue and upcoming follow-ups, overdue requests are coloured on the list, and the stats show average days open.
Each request keeps its full history: the original message, internal notes, email replies and every change.
Reply to the resident by email from the request. Replies are queued, retried if needed, and capped per day by plan.
Saved replies in English and French with merge fields for the resident's name, the request and today's date. Insert one into a reply, then edit before sending. Your office signature is added automatically.
Turn a template into a letter with your letterhead, the date, the resident's address and your signature, ready to print. The letter is noted on the request.
Group requests about the same thing, such as a development application, find similar ones, and reply to everyone from one reviewed template. Residents without email are listed for letters.
Off until the owner turns it on. Summarise a request, suggest a category, draft a reply for staff to edit, and flag possible safety concerns. Nothing is sent automatically.
See whether each email was sent, delivered, bounced or failed.
Email newsletters in English and French to residents who agreed to receive them, with one-click unsubscribe, an election-period blackout, and no import from or export to campaign lists.
Search, sort and tag everyone the office has helped. Each profile shows contact details, preferred language, notes and every request and message. Add walk-ins, and get warned about duplicates; owners can merge them.
Record each resident's consent separately for casework and for office updates, with the exact wording, date, source and who recorded it. The public form offers an optional, unticked updates box.
Owners can import residents from a spreadsheet or Outlook contacts, with column mapping, a preview and duplicate checks; imported consent stays unknown. Exports require a reason and are logged.
Open a public form for residents, with your own collection and retention notice. Residents get an email confirming you received it.
Invite staff by email and assign requests. Owners manage the team and settings.
Mark a sensitive request restricted so only the office owner and the assigned staff member can see it, including in lists, search, counts, exports and reminders.
An optional morning email to each team member with open and overdue counts, plus their own follow-ups due and requests waiting too long on a department. Request references and subjects only; no resident names or contact details.
Export the office's records for an authorized handover.
Requests received vs resolved, time to resolve, and breakdowns by category, department, channel, street and staff. CSV downloads and a printable end-of-term report.
See requests on a map by status and category, placed by the resident's postal code. Addresses never leave RidingDesk.
An audit log of every change, exports with a stated reason, a retention review you control, and end-of-term handover tools.
Forwarding a shared inbox into Office needs a private mailbox integration (contact us). Until then, staff record emails by hand. Attachments are not imported.
Every plan includes the features above unless marked. Without the Office plan, an office uses the plan of the account it belongs to.

For an elected official’s constituency office: $29 a month (CAD), billed to the office on its own card. 10,000 stored requests, 10 staff seats and 250 emails a day. If the account’s campaign plan gives a higher limit, the office keeps the higher one.
